Tackling new and emerging themes, these groups see us gather valuable insight, sentiment, and early practice to present the role of data analysis in supporting the sector to thrive.

We have scheduled two membership inclusive research projects for 2021 – building safety and decarbonisation. These projects will collect both quantitative and qualitative data.

Using our unparalleled knowledge of the policy context combined with participant data, we will provide invaluable insight on where the sector is currently at, what the key issues are, and how you can ensure you’re ready for the future.

Decarbonisation Research Project Spring 2022

The objective for this research is to produce realistic comparable scenarios showing the cost and benefits of decarbonising existing stock over periods of time.

By taking part, you will:

  • Access essential insights into decarbonisation comparisons.
  • Have the opportunity to learn from the best practice currently in the sector.
  • Access latest cost and performance data to inform your own decarbonisation strategies.
  • Shape and influence Housemark decarbonisation metrics for the social housing sector.

View the information pack here. You can also access the participation guide here.
