Our Senior Data Business Partner, Daz Chauhan, reveals what he’s most looking forward to at this year’s Housing Data and Analytics Summit on 9 November.

With the Housing Data and Analytics Summit just around the corner, I’m looking forward to so many aspects of what is always a thought-provoking and inspiring event. But here are the top three elements I’m most excited about.

1) The building trust and unlocking capacity through digital breakout session

Hannah Harvey’s presentation on the significance of accurate customer data in enhancing customer experience resonates deeply with Housemark’s commitment to data-driven solutions. Understanding customer needs and preferences is at the core of what we do, so I’m keen to gain fresh perspectives on how we can further empower our clients through data insights.

Within this session, Amanda Leonard will also be exploring digitalisation as a capacity creator rather than just an efficiency tool. This, too, is something which aligns with our approach to data consultancy, emphasising its potential to enable tailored services and support.

It will be exciting to learn from these experts and apply their insights to our consultancy work, ensuring we continue to provide cutting-edge solutions to our clients.

2) Meeting existing and past consultancy clients

Another great part of the event will be the opportunity to reconnect with past and existing data consultancy clients. Building and nurturing strong relationships is a cornerstone of our work, so the summit provides a valuable platform for face-to-face catch-ups. These meetings allow us not only to keep up to speed with their evolving data needs and challenges, but also to showcase the progress and innovations we’ve achieved since we last met.

It is a chance to listen to their feedback, understand their unique requirements and tailor our services to better serve them in the future. As well as being professionally enriching, catching up with clients like this is also personally rewarding, reinforcing the partnerships we’ve developed while nurturing a sense of collaboration and mutual growth.

3) The Silverstone venue

To me, hosting the summit at Silverstone adds an extra layer of excitement. Its rich history as a world-renowned motor racing circuit will bring a unique energy and atmosphere to the event. It’s an iconic place that symbolises precision, innovation and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible – qualities close to our team’s heart at Housemark.

Silverstone’s state-of-the-art facilities will provide an ideal backdrop for our discussions on ground-breaking data solutions and strategies. Beyond the conference content, the location itself cultivates an environment of inspiration and aspiration, which is sure to infuse our discussions with a forward-thinking perspective and fresh ideas.

I’m sure the combination of an impressive programme of activities, our range of attendees and the amazing venue will make this year’s event a memorable and transformative experience for everyone involved. I look forward to seeing everyone there!
