Your employees are your biggest brand ambassadors and the lifeblood of your business. Keeping staff happy and motivated has a lasting impact on recruitment and retention, your reputation and your organisation’s success.

Housemark’s Housing Data and Analytics Summit on 6th October will help you to discover how the power of data can make a difference to the lives of your customers, employees, and your organisation. ‘Understanding customer and employee experience through data’ is a roundtable session sponsored by Civica and led by Dave Millner, Founder and Consulting Partner at HR Curator. The session will focus on:

  • Why employee experience is just as crucial as customer experience
  • Why linking customer and employee experience data is so important
  • Creating business impact through people analytics
  • How can you turn this data and insight into action?

When your staff are happy, valued and content in their roles, staff turnover will likely be reduced, and your business can retain its knowledge and intellectual property. This in turn has a positive impact on your organisation’s output and links to greater customer satisfaction. This session will give you insight on how to use data to understand your people and learn how to turn this insight into action.

Dave Millner has a business background having worked in financial services in retail and corporate lending and risk for eight years, followed by 30 years of experience in internal and external HR consulting for NatWest/RBS, PSL, Kenexa and IBM as an occupational psychologist.  Dave has worked directly with different global and multinational based organisations offering organisational effectiveness-based solutions focused on future proofing their businesses.

He is a regular presenter at global HR conferences promoting the role of technology, people analytics and the need for HR to be more commercial in its approach, so that it can demonstrate tangible business value. His first book ‘Introduction to People Analytics’ on the changing role of HR and the increasing demand for data insights, was published in April 2020 and published in China in 2022. He is one of Engage Employee’s Forward Thinkers for 2021 and 2022 and was HR Magazine’s #16 HR Most Influential Thinker 2021.
