Housemark’s Housing Data and Analytics Summit on 9 November will feature a range of in and out of sector data experts speaking on a variety of topics.
This week, we’re excited to introduce Hannah Harvey, former Chief Operating Officer at Saffron Housing and Amanda Leonard, Sector Transformation Expert at Prodo – this year’s Summit headline sponsor.
Hannah will share why accurate customer data to understand needs and preferences is essential for improving customer experience. Amanda will explore how digitalisation need not be seen as a one-dimensional efficiency vehicle, but as a capacity creator, enabling resources to be targeted to those customers who need a more tailored service or support.
