We’re excited to announce that Elkie Astley, Head of People and Culture at Loreburn Housing Association, will be joining us on day one of our Disruption and Innovation in Housing in the Devolved Nations event taking place on 2 November.

A lot has changed since the first lockdown was announced in March 2020. The working landscape had to transform overnight in a bid to curb the spread of Covid-19. Nearly a year and half on, many are still working from home and there is great debate around what companies should do going forward. With many employees learning to adapt to working from home, this has now largely become the norm, completely shifting the notion of working in an office 9-5 on its head.

With restrictions lifting and workplaces starting to reopen for all employees, what will this period of transition look like? Will employees want to go back into an office, or will all companies need to adopt flexible working practices? Undoubtedly things are set to change forever and understanding how to create a business that’s ready for this new post-lockdown world is vital.

Elkie will be joining us on 2 November to uncover how to create an agile business that’s fit for the future. She’ll be helping you to embrace change and get ready for the future.
