HouseMark’s Global Accounts comparison tool now updated with the 2017/18 data

Our Global Accounts Comparison tool was first launched in October 2017 with the aim of helping HouseMark members to easily compare performance across a wide range of financial ratios including operating margin, gearing and social housing cost per unit.

Following positive feedback from our customers, we are pleased to share that an updated version of the tool is now available to access, based on the public release of the Global Accounts data for 2017/18 by the Regulator of Social Housing.

As well as including the high-level Value For Money metrics published by the Regulator, HouseMark has also calculated 27 additional metrics for members to compare. Users are also able to filter their peer group by organisation size and region.

The global accounts analysis tool is inclusive of existing membership (no additional cost) and is one of HouseMark’s business intelligence solutions for the housing sector.

Please note, in order to access the tool, you will need your password to log in. If cannot remember your password, please choose to reset your password when prompted.

If you’d like someone else from your organisation to access this, please let us know by contacting us at data@housemark.co.uk. All non-member organisations should contact 02476 460 500 if they’d like to know more about how to access this and other services.
