Customer Care Manager 

This exciting role will be providing customer service support on the Photobook software application.  Photobook is a mobile app and web platform that provides the social housing sector with an affordable solution to real-time, instant inspection reporting.

You will be responsible for advising and guiding a wide variety of social housing providers including local authorities, ensuring they launch Photobook (GOLive) successfully, adopt it within other departments and are continually driving business value from Photobook.

Senior Events Officer 

Reporting to the Events Manager, this role requires a highly organised and experienced events professional with a passion for events and customer service to play a pivotal role in the delivery of our UK wide events programme.

Working closely with events colleagues and the wider Marketing and Communications team, this varied role will see you project manage both in person and virtual events, responsible for pre-event sales and planning, budget control, supporting promotional activity, developing new concepts and ideas, speaker research and management, full administration, on the day logistics and technical management, and event evaluation.
