Our Customer Forums connect housing professionals with expert speakers and peers to drive service improvement through member-led discussion and ongoing support.

At all of our customer forums, content is driven by members’ priorities and requests, truly giving you the chance to shape the agenda for the future. Each meeting brings together sector peers to share best practices, address challenges, and drive innovation. The Forums are supported by dedicated Forum Chairs, experienced social housing professionals who will lead the discussion and support each meeting.

To keep the conversation going between meetings, optional WhatsApp groups and Teams channels make it easier to stay connected, exchange ideas, and build lasting networks.
