Our Customer Forums connect housing professionals with expert speakers and peers to drive service improvement through member-led discussion and ongoing support.

Housemark’s Customer Forums allow you to explore new ideas, learn from expert speakers and your peers, and give you the chance to discuss the strategic and operational details of service delivery and improvement across a range of topics relevant to housing professionals today. 

Each forum is led by a dedicated Chair and meets four times a year, with a fantastic line-up of in and out-of-sector experts. New speakers are selected for every forum meeting to introduce new and emerging topics, so every meeting feels different. 

Content is driven by members’ priorities and requests, giving you the chance to shape the agenda for the future. Between meetings you’ll benefit from peer learning and support, expert help and advice from your Club Manager, and access to an exclusive member forum.
