HouseMark launched a review of our STAR methodology earlier this year to develop a modern, relevant framework that will help the sector to respond to the emerging policy environment and get to the heart of what matters to residents. Following extensive consultation with over 270 landlords and 8,000 residents, we are pleased to launch our proposals for the new framework.
You can see a summary of the key features here. A more comprehensive document that details the feedback we have received and the rationale behind the proposals is available here.
We are now carrying out a final round of consultation on these proposals before launching the final framework in January 2020. If you’d like to provide feedback, you can do so via our online specialist survey. The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and will provide us with invaluable feedback. The deadline for survey responses is 20th December 2019.
Alternatively, if you would like an informal discussion, please contact email@example.com.
