In recent years, we have invested heavily in our IT systems and other business infrastructure. Many of our employees already work from home and we are fully equipped to operate agile working and virtual meetings with our customers and stakeholders. If you are due to attend a HouseMark event, you will be contacted directly about adjusted arrangements.
Our telephone network remains open and operational, supported by staff working remotely. You can continue to contact us as normal, and we will continue to deliver the high levels of service you expect.
