Senior Account Manager Scotland

Salary package: ÂŁ50k salary depending on experience +ÂŁ25k Commission package.

Location: Flexible blend of homeworking and field based.

As Senior Account Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of current and prospective accounts across Scotland. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth through membership retention, acquisition, upgrades, and consultancy sales.

You’ll work closely with customers to ensure they’re getting the most from our services, regularly sharing insights with executive teams. By using customer intelligence and active listening, you’ll tailor our offerings to meet their needs and boost engagement.

In this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for retaining, protecting, and growing revenue. You’ll build strong relationships with key customers, create quality opportunities, and consistently exceed your targets.

Customer Insight Analyst

Salary package up to: ÂŁ35,000

Location: Coventry Office / Homeworking

This role is key to unlocking the value of customer data, improving business performance, and driving growth across the organisation.

We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for generating high-quality customer insight that articulates a clear understanding of customer needs and behaviours and disseminating this information across the business to drive proactive customer care, high renewal rates and additional sales.

We are seeking a highly proficient professional with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform (including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot).

Produces regular reports that segment customers, inform strategy, highlight engagement risk, and identify opportunities for targeted engagement and additional revenue generation.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within the social housing sector.

The role sits within our customer success team and is perfect for someone with practical experience of delivering succinct, accurate analytical work to tight deadlines. The nature of the role requires you to use initiative and feel comfortable working without processes and procedures.

Finance Assistant

Salary package : £28 – 32k dependant on experience

Location: Coventry Office / Homeworking

As a key part of our finance team, you’ll work closely with the Finance Manager to keep our day-to-day financial operations running smoothly. Your work will directly support the team’s ability to meet deadlines, deliver accurate reporting, and maintain strong financial control across the organisation.

We’re looking for someone with solid experience in finance administration—confident using Excel, a great communicator, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Ideally, you’ll be AAT qualified or studying towards CIMA or ACCA, and keen to keep learning and growing in your role.

In this role, you’ll be involved in the core finance activities that keep things ticking over. That includes processing and coding purchase invoices in Business Central, reconciling supplier statements, and making sure payment runs are completed accurately and on time.

You’ll need to be well-organised, detail-focused, and ready to take initiative. Whether it’s managing routine finance tasks or stepping up to new challenges, you’ll bring a positive, can-do attitude to everything you do.
