Board

Richard Hyde
ChairRichard is the CEO of a construction products company. Alongside this he has taken chair and non-executive roles focused on social housing, development and regeneration, including nationally significant and complex organisations. He also sits on the Council of the University of Warwick and is a qualified chartered accountant.

Simon Nunn
Non-Executive Director (NHF)Simon has been with the National Housing Federation since 2009. As a member of the Federation’s leadership team, he provides strategic leadership for the Member Services Directorate including member relations, commercial partnerships, conferences, and events. Before joining the Federation, Simon held roles in national policy, research, and public affairs. He also worked in corporate policy and services for local government.

Ronak Kantaria
Senior Non-Executive Director (Independent)A seasoned finance executive with over 25 years of experience. Ronak’s expertise lies in strategic and financial planning, property development, governance, budgeting, forecasting and executive management, and has a deep understanding of the housing and property sector. Ronak is committed to providing independent oversight and guidance to the board of directors, ensuring that the organisation is able to achieve its strategic objectives while maintaining the highest standards of governance and financial management whilst contributing to its continued success. Ronak is a qualified CIMA accountant and sits on several boards as a Non-Exec Director.

Carla Keegans
Non-Executive Director (Independent)Carla is a well-known housing professional and works as a consultant, advisor and non-executive in the social housing, social enterprise and charity sectors. She is a former local authority housing director and a social enterprise founder. She brings extensive experience to Housemark particularly in governance, housing management and tenant involvement. Carla also works as an associate with TPAS, sits on Better Society Capitals Advisory Board and is qualified to MSc and CIHCM levels.

Rob Griffiths
Chief Executive OfficerRob brings a wealth of housing sector and leadership experience to housing data specialist Housemark. He previously led housing management software provider, Aareon UK, and has more than 20 years of technology and business services experience.

Janeen Wilson
Chief Financial OfficerJaneen is an accomplished CFO with over 30 years of experience in financial leadership across data analytics, consultancy, academia, and media sectors. She has a proven track record of driving strategic transformation and delivering operational excellence in organisations of all sizes. Prior to joining Housemark, Janeen held senior roles at GlobalData, LMC International, and Oxford University Innovation, where she led finance, HR, IT, and operational functions across global teams. A Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA), Janeen is known for her collaborative leadership style, commercial acumen, and commitment to continuous improvement. She is passionate about aligning financial strategy with organisational purpose and performance.

Joseph Carr
Non-Executive Director (CIH)Joseph is a chartered accountant of more than three decades and has been associated with the housing sector, on and off, for the majority of his working life. A fellow of Chartered Institute of Accountants, consultant at Savills having previously worked in the big four accountancy firms, NHF and MORhomes, bringing finance experience to the board.

Jonathan Cox
Chief Data OfficerJonathan has over 15 years of experience providing data analysis and business support to the social housing sector. He previously worked for two large London Housing Associations before joining the Housemark data team in 2012. Jonathan has delivered a range of data consultancy projects, and recent clients include Catalyst Group, Trivallis, Solihull Community Housing, Stonewater Group and Aster Group.

Andrew Barham
Chief Technology OfficerAndrew has almost two decades’ experience delivering technology-fuelled strategic business transformation and innovation across a range of fast moving, regulated, global business in the UK, EU and the US. As Chief Technology Officer, Andrew will drive plans to use data to define and enhance products, and provide a seamless experience for customers, bringing together disparate data sources and making them accessible to landlords to support them in navigating the current operating environment complexity.

Julie Morton
HR ManagerJulie joined brings with her a wealth of experience from the recruitment, hospitality, and motor/manufacturing sectors. Julie is a CIPD-qualified professional and a certified Mental Health First Aider. She is responsible for leading the organisation’s people strategy and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
