Sales Development Representative | £35k depending on experience | 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday (1-hour lunch)

Reports to: Head of Marketing

Location: Coventry Housemark Hub

Housemark is a well-established Data business supporting the Social Housing sector, helping Housing Associations and Local Councils improve their operations and deliver higher levels of tenant satisfaction – delivered by the power of data insights. We have highly ambitious plans to grow our business over the next three years and introduce a next-generation data analytics platform for the sector to further improve how our customers can identify actionable insights to drive their performance.

We’re looking for a proactive, organised Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive the first stage of our sales pipeline. As the first point of contact for inbound leads, you’ll play a crucial role in identifying opportunities, qualifying prospects, and booking quality meetings to support new business and customer growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Engage, qualify, and respond to inbound leads generated through campaigns, events, and enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date CRM records and ensure timely follow‑ups.
  • Identify customer needs and assess fit before handing over opportunities to sales or account managers.
  • Support marketing, account management, and customer success teams with insights and smooth handovers.
  • Contribute to improving processes for lead qualification, conversion, and customer experience.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in sales, customer engagement, or lead generation.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence engaging senior leaders.
  • High levels of organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics.
  • A positive, motivated approach with a willingness to learn and develop

Senior Content Marketing Manager | £55k depending on experience | 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday (1-hour lunch)

Housemark is a well-established Data business supporting the Social Housing sector, helping Housing Associations and Local Councils improve their operations and deliver higher levels of tenant satisfaction – delivered by the power of data insights. We have highly ambitious plans to grow our business over the next three years and introduce a next-generation data analytics platform for the sector to further improve how our customers can identify actionable insights to drive their performance. We’re looking for a skilled Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead our content strategy, elevate our brand voice, and produce high‑impact content that drives engagement, member value and commercial growth. In this strategic and hands‑on role, you will turn data and analytics into compelling stories that bring our insights to life. You will own editorial direction, shape our content programme, and ensure Housemark is positioned as a thought leader in the sector.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and evolve Housemark’s content strategy and editorial calendar.
  • Create high‑quality, multi‑format content including blogs, whitepapers, video scripts, webinars, and case studies.
  • Develop clear and compelling product messaging across our data platform, benchmarking services, consultancy, and events.
  • Support sales and account teams with persuasive content, collateral, and case studies.
  • Produce insight‑driven content aligned with sector trends and regulatory cycles.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure quality, accuracy, and clarity across all communications.
  • Use analytics to track content performance and optimise outputs for maximum impact.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven ability to produce high‑quality written content.
  • Expertise in translating data into clear, accessible narratives.
  • Experience leading a content strategy in a B2B, SaaS or data‑led environment.
  • Strong understanding of (or interest in quickly learning) the social housing sector.
  • SEO and analytics experience (Google Analytics, CRM, platform data).
  • Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
