We’re excited to announce that Sarah Buchanan, the Impact Manager at Construction Scotland Innovation Centre (CSIC), will be sharing her knowledge and expertise on day 2 of our Disruption and Innovation in the Devolved Nations (DIN) event taking place on 16 November.

The CSIC champions innovation and connects Scotland’s construction businesses so that they can deliver transformational change.

In this session, we will hear inspiring case studies about the housing sector’s response to the net zero challenge. Sarah will explore how sustainable materials, digital technology, and innovative design can contribute to decarbonisation.

The climate emergency has been thrown under the spotlight now more than ever with the focus of Scottish Housing Day around the climate emergency and the COP26 happening in Glasgow in November. We can all begin to play our part in the fight against climate change and Sarah will be diving into this further to specifically help social landlords in the devolved nations understand how they can meet the net zero challenge.
