As housing organisations continue to adapt to changing expectations, regulations and operating pressures, we want to ensure Housemark’s Benchmarking & Insight service remains relevant, practical and impactful.
This exclusive member consultation is your opportunity to help shape our 2027 Benchmarking & Insight Roadmap.
Throughout October, members have been sharing feedback through our sector-wide consultation survey. During this session, we’ll present the emerging themes and recommendations from that feedback and invite members to validate, challenge and build on them through interactive discussion.
Led by John Wickenden, Research Manager, and Bridget Inns, Product Manager, we’ll explore key questions including:
- What should we be benchmarking in the future?
- Are we collecting data at the right frequency?
- Which performance indicators continue to provide value and which may need to evolve?
- What new measures would better reflect today’s operating environment?
- How can our reports, dashboards and insight tools deliver greater impact for your organisation?
We’ll also share our proposed approach to 2027 data collection and seek member feedback on:
- New performance indicators to introduce
- Existing measures that may be retired
- Changes to current definitions and methodologies
- Future development priorities across Benchmarking & Insight
