In order for our forecasts to work, we need to know your baseline. Landlords who submit end of year performance data by 22 May 2020 will automatically receive their bespoke forecasts at no extra charge.

These forecasts will be revised for landlords who submit fresh performance data at the end of quarter one (April–June).
