StarT enables you to compare transactional tenant satisfaction drawn from real-time customer feedback with your peers alongside the perception survey data (drawn from Star).
Guidance is available for members and includes details around the use of transactional surveys, questions and advice on survey methods, sample sizes and other things to consider.
