We apply a consistent methodology, independently assess and stimulate continuous improvement. Each accreditation is valid for three years.
Our ASB accreditation standards match the Respect Charter, while our complaints accreditation standards are endorsed by the Housing Ombudsman Service, matching their dispute resolution principles.
