Our accreditation schemes offer an independent review of your ASB and complaints services. They offer a second pair of eyes to highlight where you excel and suggest areas to improve. We apply a consistent methodology, independently assess and stimulate continuous improvement. Each accreditation is valid for three years.
Our ASB accreditation standards match the Respect Charter, while our complaints accreditation standards are endorsed by the Housing Ombudsman Service, matching their dispute resolution principles.
