Kirsty Wells, Head of HouseMark Scotland
Kirsty is responsible for leading the strategic development and growth of HouseMark Scotland as the VFM agenda grows. She has over 20 years’ operational and strategic experience in the housing sector. She previously worked as a Development Manager with the Tenants Information Service (TIS). Kirsty is a CIH member since 1994 and a board member of CIH Scotland since 2010. She has a PG Diploma in Housing Studies and a BA (Hons) Politics.
Gillian Campbell, Knowledge Manager
Gillian is responsible for developing HouseMark Scotland’s knowledge services. She has nearly 20 years’ experience in the housing sector, having previously worked for the City of Edinburgh Council where she led on strategy, business planning and performance management. Gillian also coordinated the Council’s transformation programme within the directorate.
Russell Young, Data Services Manager
Russell is responsible for supporting our members in making the most out of their benchmarking data and analysis. He joined HouseMark Scotland in 2016 and has a background in international health and public procurement.
Monika Gouws, Business Support Officer
Monika is responsible for administration and business support to the team as well as organising arrangements for events and exhibitions and member liaison. She joined HouseMark in January 2015, having previously worked as part of the Human Resources team at Viewpoint Housing Association, as well as the Events team at Royal Bank of Scotland.
Jonatahan Morley, Business Support Officer
Jonathan is responsible for administration and business support to the team as well as organising arrangements for events and exhibitions and member liaison. He joined HouseMark in September 2016, having previously been working as part of the Development Team for Your Homes Newcastle
