Elaine Middleton

Director of Customer Operations, Housemark

As Housemark’s Director of Customer Operations, Elaine leads and inspires our customer teams including customer care and account management, sales and marketing, communications and events.

Elaine has worked in a range of customer, marketing and business development roles across the housing sector for over 16 years. Passionate about delivering impressive customer experiences and developing new opportunities for both Housemark and its members, Elaine understands the complexities, challenges and opportunities housings brings and plays an essential role in delivering services and solutions that contribute to customer success.

Kirsty Wells

Director of Consultancy and Partnerships, Housemark

Kirsty has over 20 years’ operational and strategic experience of working in the housing and voluntary sectors in Scotland. Kirsty is an expert in tenant engagement and participation activities, having spent 13 years working as a Development Manager with the Tenants Information Service (TIS). She has also recently been involved in delivering Housemark consultancy with clients who are reviewing their customer contact models of operation.

Aaliyah Lunat

Consultancy Project Manager. Housemark

Aaliyah has worked in various sectors in management roles, from sales and complaint handling in finance to practice manager and consultant within the NHS and private health sector nationally for the last 20 years. Aaliyah has spent the last year with Housemark and her passion is to deliver great customer service and believes the key to project management is to understand our customers constraints from the offset and use effective tools to remain on course, with the exception of evolving and being flexible

Daz Chauhan

Senior Data Business Partner, Housemark

Daz has over 20 years of operational and strategic experience in housing, finance and education sectors, working in and leading operational and technical data teams. Daz has worked with Housing Associations and Councils in the UK and specialises in data strategy formation and deployment, data governance, visualisation and data quality with a strong emphasis on technology, people and process.

Craig March

Senior Data Business Partner, Housemark

Craig has over 20 years’ experience in IT, the majority of which has been spent in housing, bringing with him a wealth of technical expertise from both in and out of sector. Using his degree in Computing and Information Systems he has embarked on a career to specialise at the intersection of data, technology and business, taking a holistic view of the solutions needed to solve complex data problems over areas including business intelligence, data warehousing, data architecture and data modelling.

Ade Oladimeji

Data Business Partner, Housemark

With almost 8 years of working experience in the Data and analytics space, within the Construction (IT), and Housing sector, high proficiency in Varied Business intelligent tools particularly Microsoft product suite, Ade brings a collaborative and agile approach to project work, great stakeholders management and engagement.

Alexandra O’Callaghan

Data Business Partner, Housemark

Alex has over 10 years’ experience working in the housing sector, in both operational and data-driven roles. She has previously worked for a London based Local Authority and a Housing Association, before joining Housemark in 2015. Alex’s specialisms include data analysis, performance reporting, benchmarking and service improvement.

Tom Richley

Lead Customer Account Manager, Housemark

Tom joined Housemark in June 2019. He has previously worked for a data and analytics membership company within the textile manufacturing sector between 2016-2019. Tom acts as a trusted advisor to members that use Housemark’s suite of services to help identify more effective ways of working to support service improvement.

Muhit Alam

Customer Account Manager, Housemark


Having graduated from Kingston University, Muhit has over ten years of experience in sales and account management in B2C and B2B across various sectors including telecommunications and corporate energy. Prior to joining Housemark, in his previous role he was responsible for managing several accounts to help organisations with their procurement process from tendering, negotiating contracts and securing the business.

George Motum

Customer Account Manager, Housemark

George has worked for the Metropolitan Police in London for 6 years. Starting on a Safer Neighbourhood Team as a PCSO in Islington Borough before progressing on to become a Police Constable on response teams within Hammersmith and Fulham.

He then moved to America for about 18 months where he got his first experience as an Account Manager, working for an imprinting company. After returning to the UK, George initially worked for OVO Energy before settling at WCBS for the last 5+ years, expanding his experience and skills and progressing to Customer Account Manager Team Leader, where he provided software and services to fee-paying independent schools, predominantly in the South East.
