SUMMARY:Information Security Forum
DESCRIPTION:Housemark’s Information Security Forum is the place to discuss cyber security and governance for housing specialists and is the first WARP (Warning Advice and Report Point) for housing associations in the UK. \nLed by information security experts and partners\, membership of the Information Security Forum gives you access to essential information about current potential threats to your business and offers a safe space to share advice\, guidance and valuable experiences with peers – to help you stay ahead in an ever-changing environment. \nHow does the forum work? \nThe forum blends a mixture of facilitated meetings and secure online workspaces to support effective knowledge exchange and support. There are eight online meetings a year\, with two parts to every meeting. \n\nAn open session with supplier and guest speaker presentations\, discussion and analysis of the latest issues\, news and project updates from engaged organisations or members of the group and covers a wide variety of assurance activities.\nA closed session allowing members to share current projects and issues including details of any information security incidents. This format supports secure sharing of sensitive technical or organisational information\, allowing requests for\, and offers of\, assistance to be made\, building trust amongst members.\n\nReady to join? \nThe Forum holds eight online meetings each year\, open to Housemark members and non-members. The Forum is in addition to your standard membership\, but is open to your whole organisation\, not just individuals. For more information about joining please contact helen.williams@housemark.co.uk

SUMMARY:Housemark Data and AI Summit 2026
DESCRIPTION:From data quality to AI: what to focus on next \nThe role of data in housing has changed. Expectations are higher. Scrutiny is sharper. And AI is moving faster than most organisations were ready for. This isn’t just about reporting anymore. Data now underpins repairs performance\, tenant experience\, regulatory confidence\, and day-to-day decision making.\nThe Housemark Data and AI Summit is built around that reality. \nWhat’s the Summit about?  \nMost organisations aren’t asking whether to use AI. They’re working out how to get their data foundations right\, and how to apply AI in a way that actually works. Housemark’s Data and AI Summit focuses on that balance. You’ll hear how housing providers are: \n\nImproving data quality\, ownership and trust\nUsing data to influence performance and decisions\nApplying AI in practice\, not theory\nBuilding confidence in governance and assurance\n\nNothing abstract. Just honest insight into what’s happening across the sector. \nWhat you’ll get from attending \n\nPractical insight from real housing organisations\nExamples of what works (and what doesn’t)\nA clearer view of how AI fits into housing\nConfidence in governance and regulatory expectations\nOpportunities to learn from and connect with peers\n\nCheck out the confirmed speakers here \nProgramme highlights \nThe day reflects the journey most organisations are on: \nFix the foundations \n\nData quality\, ownership and governance\nBuilding a culture that supports better data\n\nUse data properly \n\nTurning insight into decisions\nImproving performance across services\n\nApply AI where it works \n\nReal use cases across housing\nWhere AI is delivering value and where it isn’t\n\nStand up to scrutiny \n\nStrengthening governance and assurance\nMeeting regulatory expectations with confidence\n\nDon’t miss out! \nThis event is open to both members and non-members\, with exclusive discounted rates available for Housemark members and group bookings. Don’t miss our early bird prices\, available for a limited time! \nTo be among the first to receive the event preview programme\, have any other questions\, or you prefer to pay by invoice please contact Helen Williams.  \nGet involved \nIf you’re interested in speaking at or sponsoring the event please contact Event Content Producer\, Monika Edwards.
