TSA tenant excellence fund events – in partnership with HouseMark

The TSA, in partnership with HouseMark is pleased to announce three regional events showcasing some of the TSA’s recent Tenant Excellence Fund projects.

The events will be held on the following dates in the locations below:

9 September – Manchester

14 September –Coventry

20 September - London

Registration takes place from 9.30 am and each event starts at 10 am and finishes at 4pm.

Event content

The events aim to share the excellent work being done within the sector in some key areas of activity, and will include sessions covering:

Overview of Local Offers (TSA)
Resident led self-regulation (CIH invited to speak)
Organisational improvement (Campbell Tickell invited to speak)
Tenant Insight (HouseMark/CIH)
Making Voices Count (HouseMark/Skills & Projects)

Who can attend?

The events are open to all. The TSA is particularly keen for tenants to attend these events as well as officers, and we are pleased to offer significant discounts to tenants who wish to attend.

Fees

Please choose from these three payment rates:

£155 + VAT per delegate
£200 + VAT package rate – staff delegate + tenant
£75 + VAT – additional tenant rate*

* If a staff delegate attends with two tenants the total cost would be £275.
